Delivery costs are based on weight and size of the purchase, and its destination. We ship from here in Canada. When you checkout, you will be given various options to proceed, which will be in addition to the price of your purchase.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

In your cart you will be offered several delivery options: UPS, Fedex or Canada Post.

Delivery time will depend on the shipping option you choose when making your purchase.

 

At no time in the purchasing process do we ever collect, or have access to, any of your sensitive financial information. Our merchant gateway is designed to avoid that very issue. We use the standard encrypted payment gateway that all major online vendors use. 

After your payment is processed, your order is received and we immediately customize (if asked) and prepare it to be shipped by the method you have chosen. You can then track it via the shippers system (ie Fedex, Ups Canada Post, etc.)

You will automatically receive an invoice when your payment has been processed.

Sometimes when planning something like this for a loved ones passing, things happen unexpectedly. If this is the case and your box did not arrive in time, Notify us immediately and we will send you a digital version of the Star Connexion written materials prepared for when someone has already passed away.
